Beginning on 2/6/2026, CBP will no longer be issuing paper checks for refunds. This includes drawback refunds.

In order to receive your drawback refund, your ACH information must be updated in ACE. Once logged into your ACE account, the ‘ACH Refund Authorization’ can be found in this location:

If you do not know what email address is listed on your CBP Form 5106, contact your import broker for further assistance.
